Service Description
Step into a magical Easter paddock experience designed for little adventurers and horse lovers. Participants are paired with their own horse to groom, feed, and lead through guided Easter-themed activities — including a secret Easter Egg Hunt along the horse trail. A boutique Easter experience at the stables that will leave “hoofprints” on their hearts. Ground-based exercises only — no riding. 🌿 What’s Included Each booking includes a personally guided 45-minute session facilitated by Unbridled Academy instructors, featuring: • Horse grooming & connection exercises • Controlled feeding (carrots & apples) • Horse leading along the Easter trail • A guided Easter Egg Hunt • Take-home Easter treats Small groups ensure a calm, safe, and meaningful horse experience. 👩👧 Who It’s For Designed for children aged 3–10 years who love animals, adventure, and hands-on learning. No horse experience required. Session Length: 45 minutes Group Size: Maximum 4 children per session Important Information • Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times • Closed-in shoes are required for all participants • Ground-based activities only — no riding involved • All sessions are facilitated by trained Unbridled Academy staff

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy All Easter Horse Trail Experience sessions must be pre-booked via our online booking system. Due to limited group capacity (maximum of four children per session) and pre-allocation of horses, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the event via electronic payment (card or approved digital method). Cash payments are not accepted. Failure to complete full payment prior to session commencement may result in forfeiture of the booking. Unbridled Academy reserves the right to release any booking where the deposit has not been received within the stated timeframe. Deposit Terms The deposit secures: • Your allocated session time • Horse allocation • Staffing commitment • Event preparation costs Deposits are non-refundable Cancellation Policy Due to staffing, horse welfare planning, and event preparation, the following terms apply: More than 7 days’ notice: Your deposit may be transferred to a future Unbridled Academy event (subject to availability). Less than 72 hours’ notice or non-attendance: Deposit will be forfeited and full session fee may be charged. These terms ensure fairness to other families and allow appropriate management of waitlisted participants. Event Postponement or Cancellation Unbridled Academy reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel sessions in circumstances including but not limited to: • Severe weather • Extreme heat • Safety concerns • Horse welfare considerations • Operational requirements Where a session is cancelled by Unbridled Academy, participants will be offered: • A rescheduled session time, or • A full refund of the deposit Waitlist Policy Once sessions reach capacity, a waitlist will be activated. Waitlisted families will be contacted in order of registration if a position becomes available. Payment of the deposit must be made within the specified timeframe to confirm the place. Waitlist registration does not guarantee a booking. Transfer of Booking Bookings may be transferred to another child of similar age, provided notice is given prior to the session and all participation requirements are met.
